GO TO, WORK, LIVE .

Uso del I go to , I work in , I live con los medios de transporte 

“Go to” un sitio

Repito además que estas expresiones no hablan de irse a algún sitio, sino que hablan de una actividad. Por lo tanto, no usan la preposición to, que reservamos para desplazamientos:

I’m going to California.

She’s going to the supermarket.

Work se puede usar para referirse a varios tipos de labores, tareas o esfuerzo. Por ejemplo: jardinería, arte, negocios o incluso temas espirituales. Además, se utiliza para referirse específicamente al lugar de trabajo.

Ex: -She puts a lot of work into it. Puso mucho esfuerzo en ello.
